National Association of Health Services Executives (NAHSE)

Greetings,

 

I am so incredibly honored for the opportunity to serve as our NAHSE New Jersey Chapter President. As a team, we remain steadfast in our mission to improve the health services rendered to our diverse communities, while empowering and elevating the next generation of healthcare leaders. NAHSE New Jersey will be established as a premier chapter not just in New Jersey, but well distinguished among other organizational chapters nationally. I firmly believe that with your dedication, commitment, along with a collaborative approach, we will undoubtedly bring our vision to fruition.

The below outlines a few areas of focus among many others for our administration in our first year:

• Have a clear emphasis on impacting maternal health outcomes in the state of New Jersey, engaging in collaborative efforts that will help eliminate disparities in care, support, and outcomes. 

• Engage an active Board of Directors, that will ensure accountability to our mission, vision, and values. Such will consist of senior leaders across multiple organizations who will challenge us to stay true to our goals while providing coaching, mentoring, and support to our chapter.

• Enhance our community engagement efforts through collaborations with state organizations such as the New Jersey Hospital Association among others, as we maximize our impact on leadership, community, and health outcomes.

• Establish a robust Executive Coaching/Peer to Peer Program. And;

• Serve as a contributor to a diverse pipeline for leadership development and diverse leadership position placements to healthcare organizations across the state.

 

In all, we will strive, build, and excel together and more importantly, have fun while doing it.

 

Please note that words cannot describe my excitement and gratitude for the privilege and honor to be serving alongside an incredible group of leaders. I look forward to your engagement as a member as we come together to build, elevate, impact, and influence with dedication, excellence, and an attitude of service.
