We are excited to announce the launch of the NAHSE New Jersey chapter mentorship program. The mentorship program is an excellent opportunity for early and mid-careerists to learn from experienced professionals. We believe there is a wealth of knowledge within the NJ Chapter and the state of New Jersey, and our goal is to aid in fostering career and professional development.

The mentorship program will be launching this fall.

Requirements to be a mentee:

Current healthcare professional with less than five years working experience

One-year commitment to follow NAHSE NJ Mentoring Program Structure of monthly meetings with mentor

Requirements to be a mentor:

Current healthcare professional with at least seven to ten years of working experience

One-year commitment to follow NAHSE NJ Mentoring Program Structure of monthly meetings with mentee

September 16, 2022 – Application Deadline
September 21, 2022 – Application Decision Shared
September 25, 2022 – Program Kickoff
September 2023 – Program Completion
